When a product from my page is bought by the customer OR a commission is agreed upon over Instagram or over another platform and the deposit has been sent the customer agrees to these terms and conditions:

1. I have a no return no refund policy

2. If a buyer has not responded about a commission in 3 business days They forfeit the deposit along with the product

3. There is an understanding that slight color variances from photos to physical product may occur due to the differences in device/monitor display settings

4. There is an understanding some products can be a choking hazard to young children and animals and that you have read item descriptions carefully for this information

5. There is an understanding that this shop is pet friendly and smoke free

6. Each handmade item is to be handled with care
